Landlords
We are proud to work with our existing landlords to provide them the most hands off experience.
How It Works
We come view your property, get all the details agreed, for example the monthly rent and how long the lease will be on the property.
After we have fully tenanted the property then we start managing it and doing all property management tasks.
Once we get all the relevant contracts signed, we then start tenanting the property, and potentially complete some small works for example furnishing it.
Sit back and relax whilst your steady cash flow comes through every month.
We do all the hard work on your property
